Do you accept school/library Purchase Orders? Yes, we do accept Purchase Orders from recognized schools, libraries, and public institutions. You may fax them to us at 513-563-3105 or mail them to:

What is your Federal I.D. Number/FEIN? Our Federal I.D. Number is 31-1403959.

Are you an approved RIF (Reading is Fundamental) vendor? Yes, we are an approved RIF vendor. We support reading programs that bring books and literacy to children and families nationwide. RIF projects receive a 10% discount on the books.

What is my school's Vendor/Contract Number? Here are some of the approved contracts for school districts. If you must have a contract number to place an order, please e-mail us. We are the sole source for many resource items enabling districts in Texas and Louisiana to place orders. If you need assistance, please e-mail your request and your fax number.

Do you offer discounts to teachers/organizations? All of our prices are net educational prices. We do not offer additional discounts. For orders of 100 or more of the same titles or orders over $5,000, please contact Sales for possible savings in shipments for orders within the continental U.S.

Can I get sample or review copies? We are unable to provide sample copies but all invoiced books are returnable in their original salable condition within 30 days if you are not satisfied. We are sorry but no videos, audio, and software can be returned. You may sample our Sing 'n Learn series on our website.

Can I get multiple catalogs for my class or organization or event? Yes. Just let us how many catalogs you need and when you need them by. For orders of more than 20, please e-mail us, fax (513-563-3105) or mail your request to Culture for Kids, 4480 Lake Forest Dr #302, Cincinnati, OH 45242. Please allow up to 4 weeks for Media Mail delivery.

Can you come to my school and offer a workshop or product demonstration? We do not currently have sales representatives to offer in-service workshops in most places. However, throughout the year we exhibit our materials at various educational conferences. Come visit us and see our latest collection of materials at these conferences: TESOL, ACTFL, ALA, AASL, NAEYC, NABE, BEA, NCSS, AAS, TLA and some regional conferences.

Can military schools with FPO/APO addresses place orders? Please process as a regular Purchase Order. We have a contract with the Department of Defense (DOD).

Can international schools place orders? Prepayment in U.S. dollars is required for all shipments overseas unless the order is placed through ISS (International School Services) or similar U.S. services and shipped to a location in the U.S.
