Are
your prices guaranteed?
We update our website daily, however, there may be price changes
that we discover upon receiving your order. We always verify prices
as part of our shipping procedures. If an item's correct price
is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and
ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our
stated price, we contact you for instructions before shipping.
We don't charge your credit card until we ship your order. If
you've paid by check and we owe you a full or partial refund,
we will send a refund check for the correct amount immediately.
What
format are your videocassettes?
All of the videos sold by cultureforkids.com follow the 60Hz, NTSC
format. This is the video format used in North America, Japan,
Taiwan, and Korea. These tapes will not play on most video machines
in Europe or other countries that use PAL, SECAM, or other video
standards.
What
are public viewing/public performance rights for videos?
This allows videos to be shown in schools, libraries, and orgamizations
where more than one person may be viewing. The price is set by
the creator or distributor of the video.
