Regular Shipping - Estimated delivery 3 to 10 business days following shipment.

Second Day Air - Estimated delivery by 7:00PM two business days following shipment.

We need a little time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. Choosing next day air does not always mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online.

Our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.

When you fill out our online order form, our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your inspection. Note that it typically takes us 24 hours to process your order before it is shipped. There is an automatic $25 fee billed to your account if a shipment is refused.

Yes, we gladly ship anywhere in the world and will ship via U.S. Postal Airmail. For faster delivery, we can ship via US Postal Global Priority or Air Mail (1-2 weeks). We no longer ship via Surface Mail. Please fill out the comment box when you fill in the order form for your preference for shipping, and we will inform you of the best rates before processing your order. Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the product in its original, saleable condition. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will issue a return postage only if the return is a result of our error. Videos, audio, and software are not returnable once opened unless they are found to be defective. For returns and exchange, please print the forms and follow the directions.
